Property Development

Sometimes, it is smarter to become a property developer rather than a property buyer. As a developer, you have more financial control & flexibility, and at the end of the day it can be smarter to develop than to simply buy and hold hoping that market growth will suffice.

Of course there’s a lot more to property developing than simply buying a piece of land and dropping a town/house/duplex on it. I’m going to cite more of Micheal Yardney’s recent work because it’s convenient, meaningful, and productive.

Below are links to his 19 Part series (blog posts) on property development. As much as Property Plunge is more for my own private use and not promoted, I do encourage the few visitors to this site to explore the links below, and indeed Yardney’s Site – it does contain a lot of useful info. Additionally, he has a regular podcast that makes interesting listening (if you have the patience for that kind of thing).

Remember: this post is here because I’m currently interested/researching the subject matter, and I like to organize useful info in a way that works for me. It’s not here because someone paid me, or for any reason other than cited above.
