IRR & Cashflow Calculator

I spent considerable time looking for a property investment calculator that would cover all the obvious IRR & Cashflow bases, with future earnings projections etc. I found one in the form of an excel spreadsheet. The beauty of this is you can modify it to suit your needs without being a guru.

What you WILL need, is a good understanding of the types of costs involved in property investment, and their relationships over time. Without it, you may be scratching your head, thinking, why did that figure change when I adjusted this one ?

I’m putting together a guide to go with it.. because I just know ill revisit in months or years, and find myself tripping over something.
