This site is not commercial in nature – rather, it’s a repository of information, tools and resources I acquire as I move through the discovery process on my property investment journey. For me, there’s a lot to learn, but this also means there’s a lot to share.

It involves reading books, scouring sites, talking to friends, and seeking advice from professionals – all of which I plan to discuss here on my site.

You WILL find references to third party media, books and resources throughout the site which have proven useful to me.

You WILL NOT find materials that vendors or sponsors have paid me to discuss or include.

Simply put, this site is here so I have a common repository accessible from anywhere, and so you, the visitor, can learn what I’ve learned.
